Battle of Normady Memorial Museum

Il Museo Memoriale della Battaglia di Normandia di Bayeux, si trova poco lontano dal centro cittadino, in prossimità del Cimitero Militare Inglese. All'interno sono esposti numerosi pannellio che illustrano gli avvenimenti legati al D-Day, camion e un pezzo tedesco da 88 mm.All'esterno si possono ammirare vari carri armati. In prossimità del Museo, in direzione del Cimitero Militare Inglese, c'è una targa commemorativa di Robert capa, il famoso reporter di guerra autore di molte celebri foto dello sbarco.

 

The Battle of Normandy Memorial Museum in Bayeux is not far from the city centre, near the British War Cemetery. Inside  there are several descriptions of the facts related to the d-Day, and a German 88 mm. Outside various armoured cars. Nearby the Museum there is a memorial of Robert Capa, the famous war reporter landing together with the US troopers and  author of many famous pictures of the D-Day.
