Uno dei primi Martin Baltimore Mk V,  serial number FW425, all'inizio del servizio nella  Regia Aeronautica, con schema mimetico tipico dei Baltimore  ICAF, quello in precedenza adottato dalla Desert Air Force. E' ancora visibile la bandiera inglese sulla coda

An early ICAF Martin Baltimore, serial number FW425, with the typical amouflageof the Desert Air Force, of the early days of service within the Regia Aeronautica.On the rudder there is still a British RAF flag.

Un Martin Baltimore Mk V,  serial number FW592. Lo schema mimetico è il Desert Land Scheme RAF, a bande Middle Stone FS 30226 e Dark Earth FS 30118,  e superfici inferiori in Azure Blue. I grandi codici numerici sulla coda (132-13) risalgono  all'ultimo  periodo di impiego bellico presso il 132° Gruppo .(Aeroporto dell'Urbe, estate 1945).

A Martin Baltimore Mk V,  serial number FW592. Camouflage in RAF Desert Land Scheme, Middle Stone FS 30226 and Dark Earth FS 30118,  while the belly is painted in Azure Blue. The big numbers on the rudder (132-13) rindicate that the plane is belonging to 132° ICAF Bomber Group (Rome, summer 1945).

Uno dei più famosi Baltimore ICAF, o per lo meno quello per il quale si possiede la più ampia documentazione, fornita dal suo pilota,  Generale (allora Tenente)  Roberto Crespi.

 Si tratta del Mk V serial number FW921 del 132° Gruppo, callsign  "GRAPPA 10", noto anche come "Fiorellino"  o "Stellina" (72 missioni di bombardamento,  di cui 56 pilotato dal Ten. Crespi).  La colorazione è in Temperate Land Scheme a bande  Dark Earth e Dark Green,  e la parte inferiore in Azure Blue.  I codici in coda 132-10 erano bianchi bordati in rosso. L'insegna personale del Ten. Crespi era costituita da un fiore  con petali bianchi, centro giallo, gambo e foglie verdi, righe del terreno in bianco e la scritta "Fiorellino" in giallo. Sul timone l'insegna "Stellina" del  S.Ten. Rolandi, con una  piccola stella bianca. Le bombe indicanti le azioni effettuate erano bianche, gialle o  rosse, in funzione del livello di successo ottenuto. Le piccole barre oblique rosse indicavano se l'aereo era stato colpito dalla contraerea

The most famous Baltimore ICAF, thanks to the contributes of his pilot, 

 General  (at  that time first Lt.) Roberto Crespi. It is the Mk V serial number FW921, belonging to  132° Group, callsign "GRAPPA 10", also known as "Fiorellino" or "Stellina" (56 out of a  total of 72 bombing missions  leaded by  First LT.  Crespi).  Campuflage pattern is Temperate Land Scheme with bands  Dark Earth and Dark Green, and with  Azure Blue belly.  The big tail codes 132-10 were painted in white, with red border. The personal badge of  1st LT.Crespi  was  a white and yellow flower  and the name  "Fiorellino" in yellow . On the rudder it was painted the personal badge of 2nd  LT.  Rolandi, with a small  white star. The bombs were painted in white, yeallow or red, according with the missions strikes. The red bars indicated the missions in 

which the plan was hit by AAA

Un Martin Baltimore Mk V,  serial number FW747 del 28° Gruppo  (callsign STREGA 3).  Lo schema mimetico è, anche in questo caso, il  Desert Land Scheme RAF (Middle Stone FS 30226 e Dark Earth FS 30118). Nella macchia sul muso (probabilmente azzurra) è dipinta in rosso la firma  di Carlo Emanuele Buscaglia, comandante del 28° Gruppo, perito in un  incidente di volo il 24 Agosto 1944, e successivamente sostituito alla guida del 28° Gruppo da Giulio Cesare Graziani

Baltimore Mk V,  serial number FW547, belonging to 28° Gruppo,  (Callsign  "STREGA 3"). camouflaged in RAF Desert and Scheme  (Middle Stone FS 30226 and  Dark Earth FS 30118),  On the noose,  in the pale blua area, you can see the signature  of Carlo Emanuele Buscaglia,  former C.O. of 28° Gruppo, who diaed in a take-off accident on August  24th, 1944. He was replaced as C.O. by Giulio Cesare Graziani.

Martin Baltimore dell'ultima fase del conflitto. Colorazione  superiore uniforme, forse in Dark Earth FS 30118, ad eccezione del timone di coda che sembra provenire da un modello colorato in Temperate Land Scheme. La parte inferiore è in  Azure Blue.  Sul timone di coda appare lo stemma del 28° Gruppo (4 teste di gatto bianche su uno scudo in campo nero)

A late war Martin Baltimore. Upper colour is probably Dark Earth FS 30118. Rudder is probably coming from another plane previously painted in Temperate Land Scheme.  The belly is painted in Azure Blue. On the rudder is painted the badge of 28° Gruppo  (4 white cat heads on a black field )
